De exploitant van een gasbehandelingsstation is belastingplichtig voor de brandstoffenbelasting voor het deel van het aardgas dat bij de behandeling van aardgas wordt gebruikt. De gaswinner is slechts belastingplichtig voor het eigen gebruik van aardgas als brandstof.
